Jenny Gustavsen, MSW, LCSW, LISW-CP is an experienced behavioral health professional with
over two decades of progressive clinical, supervisory, and compliance-focused experience. Jennifer has held leadership roles in Federally Qualified Health Centers, including Clinical Supervisor of Behavioral Health, where she provided clinical oversight, staff supervision, and operational leadership to multidisciplinary teams. Her background includes extensive direct clinical experience delivering psychotherapy and crisis intervention across the lifespan in community mental health, emergency psychiatric services, and integrated care settings. Licensed in New Jersey and South Carolina, Jennifer is recognized for her strengths in clinical quality, regulatory compliance, trauma-informed care, and collaborative healthcare delivery. Outside of work, Jenny enjoys traveling, spending time at the beach, reading, and being with family and friends, and -most of all- being an Aunt.
