About the Role:
Continuous Growth Counseling is looking for a licensed therapist to provide counseling services to individuals and families dealing with emotional and mental health challenges. The role includes assessments, treatment planning, counseling, and offering support in a compassionate and professional manner.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify clients’ needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and set goals.
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records.
• Use Electronic Health Records and basic technology.
• Stay updated with ongoing professional education.
• Follow ethical and legal guidelines in practice.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field (e.g., Counseling, Psychology).
• Active and valid LCSW/LPC license in New Jersey.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in therapeutic setting.

Preferred Skills:

• Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor
• Specializing in working with children/teens
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapy techniques.
• Experience working with diverse clients and mental health issues.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Professionalism and confidentiality.
